Winchester Planning Development Committee Meeting.

This Meeting was held on Thursday 2nd of April 2007, in Walton room at The Guildhall Winchester.

The meeting was headed by Councillor Jeffs and there were 15 councillors seated at the round table. The meeting was disrupted by a fire alarm at the guildhall and everybody had to leave the building to assemble at the muster points in front of the guildhall.

There was a debate about glazing the windows of a property in Winchester and there were objections. 4 were in favour while 6 were against the obscure glazing. The chairman held that the application for the property shall be approved subject to some conditions.

A 10 minute break was held and I left the meeting.
